NEW ALBANY, Ind. - Wm. A. 'Jim' Monihon, age 95, beloved husband of the late Anita "Marge" (nee Stewart); dear father of J. Stewart Monihon of Bath, Ohio; brother of Lucille Zier of N. Augusta, S.C., Jean Unclebach of Houston, Texas, and the late Ethel, Margaret, Ben, Maurice and Jack; brother-in-law of Phyllis Monihon of Jeffersonville, Ind.; uncle of several nieces and nephews; born in Lockport, Ky. on December 19, 1912; married to Anita Marjorie Stewart on June 29, 1941 in New Albany, Ind.; worked for DuPont Co. from 1940's till retirement in 1977; lived in Richland, Wash. and transferred to Augusta, Ga./S.C. area in 1951; moved back to New Albany, Ind. in 1989; was a member of Acacia Lodge #315 in N. Augusta, S.C. as well as the Lion's Club in New Albany, Ind.; belonged to First Baptist Church in Augusta, Ga. and First Baptist and Trinity United Methodist Church in New Albany; enjoyed bridge and golf; moved to Ohio in 2003, passed away Friday June 13, 2008 at Copley Health Center.
