Asfer "AP" Pollock (NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.)

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Asfer "AP" Pollock, 47, of Arch Drive, entered into rest June 14, 2008. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at Fairfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Daughlas Slaughter officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Pollock was a 1978 graduate of Aiken High School and he attended Morris Brown College, Atlanta. He was employed with the Plumbers and Steam Fitters Local Union 150. He was a member of Four Mile Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Geneva Callahan Pollock; three sisters, Brenda Pollock-Williams, Debbie (Richard) Pollock-Berry, and Tabitha Pollock; aunts, Ophelia (Morris) Mims, Felicia Tutt, Dorothy Guyton, and Lillian Pollock; uncles, J.C. Callahan, James (Mattie) Callahan, Raymond Callahan, and Willie (Julia) Pollock; and a host of other relatives and friends.
