NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Funeral Services for Mrs. Grace Sample Hughes, 88, of North Augusta, SC, who entered into rest June 15, 2008, will be conducted Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Rev. Benny E. Burton officiating. Interment in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hughes was a native of Saluda, SC, having made North Augusta her home for the past 78 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Augusta and wife of the late Mr. Minton L. Hughes. Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, James F. & Theresa Grubbs, North Augusta and Robert B. Heos, Houston, TX; a sister, Eris Sharpe, North Augusta; five grandchildren, Jason P. Grubbs, Brian J. Grubbs, Stephanie Smith, Robbie Heos and Ricky Heos; three great-grandchildren, Katelyn Grubbs, Brayden Smith and Barrett Smith. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Tuesday evening from 6 until 8. The family will be at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. James F. Grubbs, 122 Fox Trail Drive, North Augusta, SC.
