LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Entered into rest Saturday, June 14, 2008, at her residence, Mrs. Jo Ann "Big Mama" Arrington, 72, wife of David "Big Daddy" Arrington. Mrs. Arrington was a native of Augusta and the daughter of John and Evelyn Lamb. She had resided in Lincolnton for the past 25 years and retired from King Mill. Family members in addition to her husband include her children: John "Butch" (Lisa) Arrington of Lincolnton, Deborah (Allen) Carver, Ellen White, Mike (Angie) Arrington, all of Martinez and Ricky (Kathy) Arrington of Batesburg, SC; sister: Elizabeth "Guga" Cadle of Vidalia; 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bobby Coleman officiating.
