MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - Simmons Lester Gay, III, age 72, passed away on May 21, 2008 at his residence in Milledgeville. A visitation was held at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel in Eatonton on Thursday May 22nd. Services will be held on Friday May 23rd at First United Methodist Church in Eatonton at 11 AM. Mr. Gay is survived by his daughter, Donna Walker of Conyers; a granddaughter, Taryn Walker also of Conyers; and a sister, Joye Percival of Atlanta. The family requests donations can be made in his memory to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association. Vining Ivy Hill Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
