Ms. Hernandez was a born in New York and had worked as an accountant. Survivors include: her life partner Theron Parks of Augusta , mother and step-father, Lillian and Santiago Vazquez of Augusta, her son Theron Garcia and step-son Jedadia Parks, of Augusta, daughters, Shantea Garcia of Augusta and Michelle Hallman of Springdale Arkansas, brother, David Hernandez of Germantown, MD and nine grandchildren.
