NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Robert E. Dalton, 83, husband of Dorothy Dalton of Chestnut Lane, entered into rest Saturday, May 3, 2008. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 6 at 3 p.m. in the Rowland Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Paul Noe officiating. Interment Pineview Memorial Park with Military Honors. Mr. Dalton was a graduate of Duke University, a World War II Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy, and a retired sales manager for Rich Food Plan. Additional survivors include two sons, Robert Dalton, II, of Savannah, Ga. and Mark Dalton (Gladys) of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; two daughters, Joan Paramore (Mike) of Raleigh, N.C. and Karen Lacey (Tim) of Charleston, S.C.; one brother, Phillip Dalton of Summerville, Ga.; one sister, Barbara Taylor of Ft. Worth, Texas; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Monday evening from 6 til 9 p.m. Memorials may be made to Through The Bible, P.O.
