NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Graveside Services for Mr. William A. Burnett, 77, of Pin Oak Drive, North Augusta, who entered into rest April 22, 2008, will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Warrenville Cemetery. Chaplain George Holcombe officiating. Mr. Burnett was a native of Greer, SC, having made North Augusta his home for the past 20 years. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force with 20 years of service and a former Insurance agent for Collier-Jennings. Mr. Burnett was a loving Husband, father and grandfather. Survivors include his wife, Carol Burnett; three son and daughter- in-laws, Robbin and Hollis Burnett, Augusta, Jeffrey and Summer Burnett, Tampa, FL, Tony Morgan, North Augusta; three daughters and son-in-laws, Cheryl and James Garvin, Aiken, Kim and Jeff Jernigan, North Augusta and Christy and Dave Wilhite, Brando, FL; a brother, Jack Burnett, Baltimore, MD; a sister, Martha Burnett, Concord, NC; fourteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
