ALLENDALE, S.C. - Mrs. Sylvia Elmore Washington, age 86, died April 18, 2008 at the Regional Medical Center, Orangeburg, S.C. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008 at St. Mark Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Cave Funeral Service, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
