AUGUSTA, Ga. - Durden-Hudson Funeral Directors announces the death of Barbara Daniels Glass, age 68, of Augusta, GA on Friday, April 18, 2008, at the Aiken Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. Graveside services are Sunday, April 20th, at 2 PM in the Swainsboro City Cemetery with Rev. Wayne DeFore officiating. The family will receive friends at Durden-Hudson Funeral Home Sunday from 12 noon until service time. Pallbearers are Richard Daniels, Sam Daniels, Ed Daniels, Rich Daniels, Bobby Sasser and Nash Garrett. Mrs. Glass was a native of Emanuel County. She was a homemaker, a Methodist, a lover of flowers and an avid Bridge player. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Randolph and Ollis Cowart Daniels and her brother, Arthur "Dickie" Daniels. Survivors include: two daughters: Dawn Loeliger of Sammamish, WA and Sherri Phillips of New York City, NY; two sons: Gregory Herbert Glass and Michael Shane Glass of Martinez, GA; two grandsons: Keith Marlow Whisenhunt and Andrew David Loeliger of Sammamish, WA Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the The American Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals, 520 8th Ave., 7th Floor, New York City, NY 10018.
