NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. - James G. (Jack) Jackson, lll, MD, entered into rest on April 12, 2008, at home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida surrounded by his family, friends, and his pets. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 11:00 AM in The Church of the Good Shepherd with The Very Reverend Robert D. Fain officiating. Burial will follow at Westover Memorial Park. The honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Carl M. Nechtman, Dr. James L. Becton, Dr. Joe D. Christian, Dr. H. North Goodwin, Dr. Craig T. Kerins, Dr. J. Allan Goodrich, Mr. Monie McCoury, Mr. Donald E. McLendon, Mr. Michael L. McLendon, Mr. Tony Moyer, and Cpt. William A. Waters (USN, Ret.). Honorary pallbearers are ask to assemble at the church at 10:30 AM on Saturday.
