NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mrs. Rosa Bell Thomas Baskett, 84, of Old Aiken Road, entered into rest April 17, 2008 at her residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mrs. Baskett, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Spring Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include five daughters, Fannie M. (David) Love, Atlanta, Ga., Susie M. (David) Johnson, North Augusta, Georgia A. (Thomas) Dunn, Queens, N.Y., Christine Quiller and Sylvia Gail Ready, North Augusta; three brothers, Henry R. (Judy) Baskett, Jr., Clovis, N.M., Doc T. Baskett, Atlanta, Lafayette A. (Florence) Baskett, North Augusta; a stepbrother, Louis (Arlean) Jones, East Orange, N.J.; a sister, Fannie Thomas, Augusta; daughters-in-law, Patricia Baskett and Richardean Johnson; family friends, Glendis Ficklin, Albert Williams and Isaac Taylor; brother-in-law, George Baskett; sister-in-law, Bennie Dale Baskett; 36 grandchildren, 63, great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
