WHAT: Magic man

HIS STORY:

"Taylor Lamb, the magic man, messes up your mind, as much as he can."

Though his friends might tease him with that chant, Taylor can make them disappear. Well, maybe not yet -- but in less than a year, Taylor has evolved from awed spectator to a master of magic.

"On a church trip, a friend of mine showed me a few tricks, and I thought that it was pretty cool," Taylor said. After the trip, Taylor found new tricks, courtesy of YouTube.

Taylor says one of his magical moments occurred on a bus trip to Georgia Southern University with the Model United Nations team, where he spent hours doing card tricks and at one point made himself levitate.

His tricks always make an impression.

"Out on the street, I did a few tricks and this lady called me 'devil boy' ... in a good way, of course."

So does knowing that the rabbit is in the bottom of the hat the whole time make Taylor more jaded than most?

"It's kind of weird, but it's definitely worth it."

I've never heard anyone use

I've never heard anyone use that chant, but then again, I go to Lakeside. He is most definately the best magician I have ever seen/known/met. And the sweetest too :o. If you haven't seen him do anything, you should ask and you will be amazed. My personal favorite is where he rips the card and puts it back together. Simple, but very effective. By the way, is that video of him doing tricks ever going to be posted?
