AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Thomas Streeter, of Lennox Road, entered into rest on Friday, April 4, 2008 at the V.A. Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin McRae officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mr. Streeter, a native of Thomasville, Ga., was formerly employed at Dynamo for several years and was also employed at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Ross Grove Baptist Church. Survivors are his wife, Agnes K. Streeter; three sons, Eric Oliphant, Keith (Inez) Streeter, Augusta, Michael D. Streeter, Buffalo, N.Y.; two daughters, Sharon Johnson, Atlanta, Ga., Angela (Herbert) Cooper, Augusta; stepmother, Priscilla Streeter, Augusta; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nephews, Shawn King, Warner Robins, Ga., Dwayne King, Atlanta, Ga.; and other relatives.
