AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. David Donato Cruz, 46, of Augusta, GA entered into Heaven April 5, 2008. He was a very loving and caring son, brother, and friend, who will be greatly missed by all. David left behind his parents; Donato and Ernestine Cruz; his sisters, Marilyn Hedrick, Ada Brownson, Ernestine Judy, Debbie Buchholz; and his brother William Cruz; their spouses; and eleven nieces and nephews. David was a graduate of Glenn Hills High School and Augusta Technical Community College. He was a passionate man who pursued his dreams. The family will receive friends on April 7, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Homes, West Chapel, 3686 Wheeler Road, Augusta, GA. The funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Committal services will follow in the family plot at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
