Thanks from all the homeless pets for the free publicity you just gave this puppymill owner. Anyone who can bring 30 puppies to one place and sell them is operating a puppymill. Ask to visit her establishment and see how happy her animals are. Shame on both of you.
I'm sure the SPCA would like to take a look at conditions inside that vehicle.

Is a license required for this? Seems like it should be; one business license and I think pet stores have to get a permit or license from the GA Agriculture Dept, don"t they? Does she have these?
