WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Departed this life on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at Heartland Hospice Services, Mr. Jamey 'Summer Breeze' Davis. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Benny Young and brother, Ronald Davis. He is survived by two daughters, Chantel (James) Thompson of Florida and Jameyka Davis of Waynesboro; his mother, Mary Young, Waynesboro; six brothers, Michael (Chrystal) Davis and Randy Davis, Waynesboro, Patrick Young, Athens, Ga., Benjamin (Pamela) Young, Augusta, Robert Mitchell, Leesburg, Fla., Donald Mitchell, Atlanta, Ga.; two sisters, Aundreal Young and Lawanda Roberson Young, Waynesboro, two aunts, Margaree Cooper, Hephzibah and Cora Bell Lewis, Waynesboro. Services will be held Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Thankful Missionary Baptist Church, Waynesboro at 12 p.m. with Rev. Cornelius Smith officiating. Interment will be in Pines Cemetery.
