AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at his residence, Mr. Samuel Failla Willingham, Sr., 71, of Knollcrest Drive. Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 12:00 noon from Mount Olive Memorial Gardens with Reverend Clarence Grier officiating. Mr. Willingham was a native of Augusta and was employed as a welder at Thermal Ceramics for twenty-five years. He was preceded in death by one son, Samuel Failla Willingham Jr. and one brother, Thomas Willingham. Survivors are his wife, Rose Smalley Willingham; six children, Deversly (Mike) Holloway, Janice Smalley, Carla (Ronald) Lee, Angela Willingham (Brian) Gustave, Cheryl Willingham and Tyrone Willingham; one devoted grandson, Byron Willingham; three sisters, Viola Willingham, Jeanette Abston and Cecila Willingham; two brothers, Eugene (Carrie) Willingham and Adolphus Willingham.
