    HILTONIA, Ga. - Sebern "Shorty" Rigdon, age 76, died Friday, March 21, 2008 after a long illness. Funeral services were held Monday, March 24, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Chapel with Rev. Steve Purnell officiating. Burial was at Bascom Cemetery in Hiltonia. Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
