EVANS, Ga. - Mrs. Ronni Selwyn Meldrum, 67, beloved wife of 24 years to Mr. Clifford Meldrum, entered into rest on Friday March 21, 2008 at University Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday March 24, 2008 at Westover Memorial Park with Rabbi Robert G. Klensin officiating. Mrs. Meldrum was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was truly a lady and was very special to all who knew her. Mrs. Meldrum loved to travel and spend time with her family. She always wanted to make everyone else happy and would often think of others before herself. She was a member of the Walton Way Temple - Congregation Children of Israel. In addition to her husband, survivors include her son; Harris M. Abelman (Gloria) of Evans, GA and their children, Taylor Nicole Abelman and Lauren Ansley Abelman, her daughter; Heidi A. Fender of Evans, GA and her children, Jordan Christopher Fender and Jared Andrew Fender, ten step children; 21 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, her brother Alan Selwyn (Ginny) of Nashville, TN and lifelong friend, Annie Mae Gardner.
