Stoneburner (4-0) issued one walk and struck out seven Sunday for the Tigers' (14-7, 4-5 ACC) first individual shutout since Josh Cribb shut down the College of Charleston in June 2005.
Eryk McConnell (2-1) gave up both Clemson runs in the first inning to take the loss for the Wolfpack (13-7, 4-5).
Clemson's offense was led by Doug Hogan who went 2-for-4, hitting a double and a triple, and scored a run.
