ALLENDALE, S.C. - Deacon James Barker, Sr., 84, died March 15, 2008 in the Allendale County Hospital, Fairfax, S.C. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. March 20, 2008 at New Zion Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Buzzard Roost Cemetery. He is survived by three daughters, one son, three sisters, 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Cave Funeral Service, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
