HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mr. Samuel Spencer of Andorra Drive entered into rest on Friday, March 14, 2008 at Eisenhower Army Medical Center. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are his wife, Vestie S. Spencer; one daughter, Sharon S. (Michael) Rollins, Germany; sisters, Verdie Griffin and husband, Charles Curtis, Brooklyn, N.Y., Marion Brooks and husband, Nelson, Parsippany, N.J., Mary Primus, Washington, N.C.; four brothers, Johnnie Spencer, Washington, William Jones and wife, Clenestine, Pantego, N.C., Kenneth Spencer and wife, Malinda, Dumfries, Va., James Saunders and wife, Carol, Ft.
