AUGUSTA, Ga. - Graveside services for Mr. Horace U. Edwards, 76, of Bennock Mill Road, Augusta, Georgia, who entered into rest March 15, 2008, will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Pineview Memorial Gardens. Rev. Shawn Edwards officiating. Mr. Edwards was a native of Moultrie, Georgia, a former resident of Decatur, Georgia having lived in Augusta for the past 26 years. He was of the Baptist faith, was a loving father and grandfather and loved auctions and flee markets. Survivors include his wife, Lois M. Edwards; a son, Shawn Edwards, Conyers, Georgia; four daughters, Linda Joe Jones, Conyers, Georgia, Vickie Davis, Stockbridge, Georgia, Denise Mulligan, Albuqerque, New Mexico and Gay Lynn Perner, Social Circle, Georgia; a step-son, Jim Linton, Augusta; two step-daughters, Jane O'Neal, Grovetown, Georgia and Lillian Sherrill, Augusta. Pallbearers will be Christopher Linton, Jeff Linton, Joshua Linton and Matthew Sherrill. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 to 8. Stephen D.
