AUGUSTA - Mr. and Mrs. Rigoberto Diaz, Jr. of Evans are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Laila Yoanna, born February 9, 2008 at Doctor's Hospital in Augusta.

She made her debut at 7:48 p.m., weighed 7 lbs. 6 oz. and was 21 inches long. Proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Roberson, Ms. Denise B. Payne, Lela B. Roberson, all of Waynesboro, and Mr. and Mrs. Rigoberto Diaz, Sr. of Augusta.
