Oliver Williams (MIDVILLE, Ga.)

MIDVILLE, Ga. - Mr. Oliver Williams, 97, of Midville, Ga. entered into rest on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at his home. Survivors include two daughters, Essie Gasley and Mary Way Griffin, both of Midville; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Jones Grove Baptist Church, Rosier, Ga. with the Rev. Melvin Habersham officiating. The body will lie in state from 12 noon until the hour of services at the church. Family will receive guests Friday after 4 p.m. at the home of James and Mary Griffin.
