AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest on March 3, 2008 at University Hospital, Mrs. Sarah F. Kendrick, 77, of Aiken St. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 12 noon from Hale Street Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Marvin McRae presiding. Interment will be in Mt. Olive Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Kendrick was a long time member of New Zion Hill Baptist Church until her illness and attended Hale St. Baptist Church when her health allowed her. Survivors include four sons, Rev. James (Jennifer) Kendrick, George Kendrick, Charles Kendrick, Eddie Kendrick, all of Augusta; two daughters, Cleola (General) Hall, Hinesville, Ga., Patricia A. Glenn, Augusta; two sisters, Katie Bell, Augusta, Janie Ruth Carter, Albany, N.Y.; one brother, John (Classie) Ramsey, Augusta; daughter-in-law, Vanessa Jones, Augusta; 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
