SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Mr. Freddie L. Jones of Syracuse, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Willis Jones of Evans, Ga. entered into rest Sunday, March 2, 2008 at Crouse Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Hopps Memorial C.M.E. Church, N.Y. Survivors are eight daughters, Linda Knight, Florida, Rita (Paul) Turner, Brooklyn, N.Y., Dianne (Carnell) Edward, Jenny Jones, Jacksonville, Fla., Winnefred (Davis) Evans, Ninette (Ricky) Yancy, Sheryl Smithy, Syracuse, Terry (Donnie) Singleton; two sons, Willis (Mary M.) Jones, Robert (Francine) Mitchell, Syracuse; one sister, Mary A. Cook, Augusta; two brothers, Henry (Rosetta) Jones, Manhattan, N.Y., Walter (Daisy) Jones, Augusta; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
