SPARTA, Ga. - Willie B. Spencer, 66, of Sparta, died Wednesday, March 5, 2008 in Atlanta. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. March 8, 2008 at St. James CME. The burial will be in the St. James Cemetery in Warthen, Ga. Warren Bros. Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
