AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Ernest Bussey, of Cross Creek Rd., entered into rest on Monday, March 4, 2008 at University Hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are his wife, Sharon Bussey; five daughters, LaToya Bussey, Ernestine Bussey, Tameka Bussey, Chantecia Phillips, Augusta, LaShondra Phillips, Japan; three sons, Carlos Ryans, Ernest Bussey, III, Hephzibah, Lavert Phillips, Augusta; four sisters, Mamie (Jesse) Davis, Martinez, Doris Haynes, Patricia Bussey, Augusta, Althea Simmons, Hephzibah; two brothers, Melvin (Evelyn) Wright, Michael Bussey, Augusta; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
