The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Injury Center released a report that linked the deaths of 82 children and teens since 1995 to the "choking game," in which they choke themselves or others to get a brief high. The drought has left some Georgia legislators looking to Tennessee and its water resource, the Tennessee River, for relief. Chattanooga, Tenn., Mayor Ron Littlefield, poked fun at the situation by dressing up like Davy Crockett and dispensing 2,000 water bottles at the Georgia Statehouse on Wednesday. Some Georgia legislators have argued the state lines were drawn incorrectly and that Georgia's boundaries were intended to include the Tennessee River.
