Drugs do a number on these people's appearance. All of the people arrested looked like a bunch of horse's butts. Looks like this would be a deterrent.
- Because incorrect information was provided, a brief item in Sunday's editions of The Augusta Chronicle misidentified one of 12 people arrested in Aiken County on drug charges. Jamie W. Hussett, 39, identified herself to police as her sister, Kimberly A. Adkins, 43.
- Dr. Henry Boyter Jr. is a consultant and director of research at the Institute of Textile Technology at North Carolina State University College of Textiles. Columnist Bill Kirby incorrectly identified Dr. Boyter's employer in Sunday's column.
The Chronicle regrets the errors.
