Classie T. Henderson (AUGUSTA, Ga.)

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Classie T. Henderson, 92, wife of the late Clarence Henderson and daughter of the late Charlie and Frances Scott Tanksley of Stevens Creek Road, entered into rest Thursday, February 28, 2008 at the Place at Augusta. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 12 noon at Oakey Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Rex Wright officiating. Mrs. Henderson, a native of Columbia Co., Ga., was a member of the Oakey Grove Baptist Church. Survivors are her sister, Louise T. Banks, Augusta; three sisters-in- law, Hattie Mae Mosbey, Carrie Johnson, Philadelphia, Pa., Julia M. Tanksley, Augusta; cousins, Marie J. Collins, Evans, Edward Jennings, Sr., New York, Iletha White, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
