AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Willie Andrew Stoney, of 9th Avenue, entered into rest on Friday, February 22, 2008 at his residence. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 11 a.m. at B.A. Williams Memorial Chapel with Rev. Gordon Thomas officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olive Memorial Garden. Mr. Stoney, a native of Augusta, was a member of the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. He was formerly employed for the City of Augusta Water Works Dept. Survivors are two daughters, Hope (Wayne) Decker, Tykeshia Parrish; two sons, Jonathan Stewart, Jawan Stoney; mother, Inez J. Stoney, all of Augusta; two sisters, Jessie S. Shaw, Augusta, Fredricka S. Tolbert, Bronx, N.Y.; eight grandchildren. Williams Funeral Home, 1765 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
