GLOVERVILLE, S.C. - Entered into rest on Sunday, February 24, 2008, Mr. Terry Shepard, husband of Mrs. Elaine Harris Shepard, of 180 Murphy Street, Gloverville, SC. Mr. Shepard was born in Wrightsville, GA to Mrs. Mozelle Healan Shepard, of Sandersville, Ga and the late Mr. Julian Carson Shepard. He was a retired truck driver with Floyd & Beasley Transfer with 27 years of service and he was a member of Gloverville First Baptist Church. Surviving is his wife, Elaine Harris Shepard, Gloverville, SC; his mother, Mozelle Healan Shepard, Sandersville, GA; two daughters, Terrilynn Shepard, Sumter, SC and Nola Shepard, North Augusta, SC; two sons, Alan Perkins, Gloverville, SC and Julian Shepard, Gable, SC; three brothers, Frankie Shepard and Clyde Shepard, both of Macon, GA , and Ray Shepard, Wrightsville, Ga, and; sister-n-law, Polly Morris, Gloverville, SC; devoted nieces, Michelle Johnson and Janet Payton; eight grandchildren, Stacey, Brooke, Jo-Jo, Logan, Conner, Joe-Joe, Nathaniel and Jessica and a great grandson, Tyler Barnes. Memorial services will be on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Gloverville First Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Hayes officiating. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 1 p.m. until service time.
