JONESBORO, Ga. - Harold L. Hull, age 84, of Jonesboro, died Friday, February 22, 2008. Mr. Hull was a member of The Gideons and served in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy and was present during the surrender of Japan at Tokyo Bay. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Fred Hull and Margaret (Lush) Hull. He is survived by his wife, Ursula Clara (Hill) Hull of Jonesboro; daughters, Nancy Hull-Knutson and Dale Knutson, M.D. of Jonesboro, Charlotte Hull-Anderson and Thomas Anderson, M.D. of Calif.; son, Ronald F. Hull, D.M.D. and Norma Hull of Marietta; grandchildren, Nathan (Laura) Knutson, M.D., Joel (Kate) Knutson, Amy Knutson, Christina (Joseph) Eller, John Hull, Kathleen (Jay) Christy, Ronald Hull, Scott Hull, Caroline Hull, Robert Hull, Laurel Anderson and Timothy Anderson; great-grandchildren, Josiah, Eden and Kaden Knutson; brother, Robert (Barbara) Hull; and his nieces and nephews. Interment and graveside services will be held Friday, February 29, 2008, 2 p.m., at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton. A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 2, 2008 at 3 p.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church, Fayetteville.
