HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Funeral services for Mr. Theodore Lawrence 'Lance' Axon, 64, will be held from the Sherwood Baptist Church, Saturday, today, at 10:00 A.M., with the Reverend Jim Johnson, the Reverend Marion Jay and the Reverend William Swink officiating. Interment with full military honors by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard will follow in Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends this Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until the hour of the service at Sherwood Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Mr. Axon's name to their favorite charity or to the American Cancer Society, 2623 Washington Road, Suite F-4, Augusta, GA 30904.
