SPARTA, Ga. - Mr. George Ingram, 83, of 548 Ingram Road, Sparta, Georgia, died February 14, 2008 at Washington County Regional Medical Center in Sandersville, Georgia. He leaves to cherish his memories a wife, Gladys C. Ingram; five sons, Daniel Ivey of Jacksonville, Fla., Franlin Ingram, Sr. of Tennille, Ga., Sammie Lee Ingram, Larry Ingram and Charlie Ingram all of Sparta, Ga.; one daughter, Gloria Ingram Jett of Milledgeville, Ga.; two step-sons, James Johnson of Sparta, Ga. and Earl Clayton of Cincinnati, Ohio; and one step- daughter, Margaret Stenson of Stone Mountain, Ga.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Sparta, Georgia with burial in church cemetery.
