NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Miss Cheryl A. Mims, 53, of Lakeview Road, entered into rest February 15, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Mims Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. George Counts officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Miss Mims, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1972 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School and a member of Mims Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include five sisters, Ann (Johnny) Palazzo, Richie D. Coleman, Maxine King, Rosa (Paul) Locker and Ruth Garner; two brothers, Major (Essie) Mims and Fredrick (Macie) Mims; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
