AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at University Hospital, Mrs. Mary E. Hollimon McGahee, 76, formerly of Spruce Street and wife of the late Mr. Forrest McGahee Sr. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from Second Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 1243 Summer Street, with Pastor J. L. Stokes offficiating. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church cemetery, Thomson, Georgia. Survivors are her children, Johnnie T. Williams, Forrest (Philura) McGahee, Donald (Doris) McGahee, Edward McGahee, Gwendolyn (Bobby) McCarter, Franklin (Mia) McGahee and Robert McGahee; brothers, Forrest (Mattilyn) Hollimon and Johnny A. (Selena) Williams; 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Horace (Evelyn) McGahee; sister-in-law, Annie Bell Lawson and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
