AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Earnest Lind of Courtland Drive entered into rest Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the University Hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are his wife, Hattie Mae Lind; ten children, Emma Mae Kemmerline, Augusta, James E. (Velvet) Lind, Detroit, Mich., Earnest (Lillie) Lind, Jr., Beech Island, S.C., Herman (Rosa) Lind, Leroy (Robin) Lind, both of Atlanta, Joseph E. Lind, Augusta, Richard W. (Kyla) Lind, Jackson, Miss., Jimel (Ruth) Lind, Steven (Jackie) Lind, both of Augusta and Gloria J. (Marcus) Evans, Beech Island; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
