Survivors are his father, Jerry (Betty) Ellison, Sr., Augusta; two brothers, Jerry (Cynthia) Ellison, Jr., Augusta, Christopher (Crystal) Ellison, Hephzibah; three sisters, Ethel Dunn, Annie (Leroy) Lakes, Martinez, Loretta Brown, Evans; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
