The photograph we showed you was of the front corner of the 2008 Ford Taurus.

Longtime Autos reader Ken Ziegler, of Evans, was the first to identify the car. He wins a gift from The Augusta Chronicle .

Other correct readers were Steven Foster, of Evans; Carolyn Ogles , of Augusta; Kevin Steinmeyer, of Evans; and Perry Gladin, of Wadley, Ga. We should also mention Joe Hett, of Monticello, S.C., who guessed the Ford Five Hundred. As you know by now, Ford renamed the Five Hundred at 2007 to the -- yes, 2008 Taurus.

Several other readers guessed other Ford products, including the Fusion and Focus, and others thought it might be the Jeep Grand Cherokee or an Infiniti.

This week's What Is It? photo might be a little easier, especially for those of you with good memories. In fact, you might very well have good memories of the car.

You can probably tell it's not a new vehicle, but just What Is It? Give us the make and the year, and we'll take it from there.

Write to glynn.moore@augustachronicle.com or call (706) 823-3419 and leave a message. If calling, tell us how to spell your name and include your city and telephone number. The deadline is noon Wednesday.

The names of all correct guessers will be published next Friday, and the first to correctly identify What Is It? will receive a gift from The Chronicle.
