AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Gary Neal West, beloved husband of Paula Kaye Dockal West, entered into rest Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at Medical College of Georgia. Mr. West worked in the retail business and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife; sons, Michael West (Bethany) Trapp, Augusta and James Richard West, Augusta; two granddaughters; sisters, Eugenia West Wren, North Augusta, S.C. and Sarah West, Atlanta; brother, Dwight (Mary Ann) West, New Smyna Beach, Fla.; three nephews, two nieces and one grandniece; in-laws, Harvey and Ann Dockal, Evans and Becky (Todd) Fagan, Martinez. Memorial services will be held at a later date. There will be a visitation at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road Chapel, Thursday evening, January 31, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation of Ga.
