AUGUSTA, Ga. - Ms. Annie Ethel Broadwater, 73, of Walton Way, entered into rest January 29, 2008 at Windermere Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2008 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Woodrow Miller, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Ms. Broadwater, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. Survivors include two sisters, Georgia Mae Williams, Belvedere, S.C. and Carrie (Larry) Poole, Wilkesboro, N.C.; four brothers, Rev. John Broadwater, Trenton, S.C., Ernest Broadwater, Belvedere, S.C., Elester (Mary) Broadwater, Decatur, Ga. and Robert (Belinda) Broadwater, East Point, Ga.; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; two aunts, Minnie McKie, North Augusta and Ada Mitchem, Edgefield, S.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
