AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. William R. Black entered into rest on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at V.A. Medical Center-Downtown Division. Graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at West View Cemetery. Mr. Black served in the U.S. Army, with service in the Korean War. Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Brenda and John Wiley, Vickie Adkins; son and daughter-in-law, William M. "Billy" and Donna Black; sister, Vivian Bowman; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
