WASHINGTON, Ga. - Mr. Willie "Rat Titty" J. Gartrell, Jr., age 53, of Washington, Ga., died Thursday, January 24, 2008. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Springfield Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the City West Cemetery.
