Any number of twisted or perverted points of view can be expressed with little evidence offered to back them up. The "big picture" can be ignored to support your approach. None of it will change the fact that the word "moral" offends most liberals. The implication of personal responsibility is the "garlic and cross" to most liberal ideas. No offense intended, just stating fact.

We shouldn't get upset or defensive about a right-winger callin us immoral. Heck, they've been preaching pseudo-morals for 30 years. Now that the clothing's been removed, we see them now as amoral, and willing to say anything to hold on to their weening influence and power. Failure will do that to a group.

Morality and immorality are social conventions of "right and wrong" or "good and bad" that are relative to the time and change with time. Homosexuality was moral in ancient rome and apparently now-it is a biblical sin however. Sin is another matter and subject altogether. So liberals can call conservatives immoral and vice versa. A liberal can feel morally justified to support abortion and gay marriage. Biblical both would be a sin, but everybody sins so there is no moral high ground there.

I'll tell you what is immoral is our choices for President in either party.

People should be thankful that the president doesn't declare martial law since we have to deal with all the sleeper cells and Hollywood celebs who run around saying and doing things that in any other era would/should be considered treason. Morality is a personal characteristic, in my mind virtue. This is not owned by any party affiliation. However, I do feel the far left is systematically trying to set aside all of those things near & dear to the vast majority of Americans. That majority being folks with christian values, thus the labeling of these folks as less moral.

So, good republican conservatives like Larry Craig, Ted Haggard, Mark Foley, Duke Cunningham, Tom DeLay...etc, etc, etc, AREN'T immoral, but liberals are? Ha! I would propose to you that Jesus was the first liberal. Look at his life and tell me who he closer resembles..the wealthy conservative republicans who scream every time one of their pennies is spent helping the poor yet don't mind spending billions supporting a war, or the liberal democrats who support programs for the poor and are against war. I think it's hilarious that a whole religion who bases their belief on Jesus Christ - the son of God, a simple poor man who preached of peace, love, tolerance and charity, somehow thinks liberals, who preach that same message, are immoral. You mention Fox News for Right-wingers, but no mention is made of the lefty crap that is fed on almost every other channel that is on cable. There are a lot more questionable morality issues with the left, and financial ones with the right. I think that if you look at states with the worst probelms right now however, that you would find that they have been run by lefties for sometime now.

Cones...the right doesn't like the MSM because they don't pander to the right like Fox does. They don't pander to anyone, and that makes the right angry. When is the last time you saw or heard ANYONE on ANY other news continually bash conservatives? When was the last time you heard ANY of the other journalists call a conservative immoral, unpatriotic, or any other name like Fox does on a daily basis? When was the last time you saw the other news channels reporting lies and rumors about a presidential candidate? They don't! They actually do "REPORT THE NEWS", unlike Fox who reports their opinions, 24/7. The right has gotten so used to this "news" the way Fox reports it, that when they change the channel and don't hear it on other stations they automatically think the other channels are left leaning. They can't see that it's not that the other channels lean to the left, it's that Fox is so obviously pandering to the right, and they love it!

I liked Olberman on espn, but he is over the top. Still cant compare with some of the nuts like Rush,Boortz,Wilkow,O'Reilly,Hannity,and Coulter. That Fox give Coulter an outlet for her vile spewings of hatred , should tell you their affiliation. I love to listen to Sirius "Patriot" channel to hear what weak arguments some of these nuts have.
