AUGUSTA - Lindsey Noel Scott and Robert Adam Minyard, both of Augusta, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Emily Caroline, born December 13, 2007 at University Hospital in Augusta.

She made her debut at 5:41 p.m., weighed 8 lbs. 5 oz. and was 20 inches long. Proud grandparents are Reesie Poss of Warrenton, Ga., Dwayne and Roni Scott of Plum Branch, S.C., and Terry and Sherry Minyard of Warner Robbins, Ga. She was welcomed home by big sister Kayleigh, 3.
