GYMNASTICS: 6-7 p.m. Monday's; ages 4-13; $10 registration, $30 per person, $50 for two family members, $75 for three family members; registration required

KARATE: 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday's; ages 5 and up; instruction is Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo; $15 per month

LITE-SIDE: 9-10 a.m. Monday's and Wednesday's; certified instructor Sharon Dairon will demonstrate techniques for health conscious adults; free

LUNCH BRUNCH WALKERS: Noon to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday; walk to the oldies and earn a free T-shirt; free

ONE STROKE PAINTING CLASS:

6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday's through Mar.; $35 per class; supplies included

PILATES: 5:45-6:30 p.m. Wednesday's; $10 for eight classes
